Devine has been involved with all facets of the DJ and entertainment
industry, including sound and lighting and all forms of functions, for
the past twenty-nine years. With an unbelievably accurate ability to
read a crowd, a gregarious personality and interactive approach, Ray is
always able to create the perfect atmosphere for any event! Although Ray
can successfully motivate any group, his specialty is weddings,
particularly those for clients over thirty. In recent years, Ray also
became involved in Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and has been extremely well received
by the Jewish community. Currently, Ray can also be heard on two local
radio stations in Wilmington Delaware, Weekdays and Tuesday evenings on
91.7 WMPH and weekends on 99.5 WJBR. These radio shows are programmed by
Ray directly and indicates another facet of his abilities, as he
specializes in electronic and house dance music and greatly enjoys the
